Sebastián Vizcaíno Bay (Bahía de Sebastián Vizcaíno in Spanish) is a bay along the west coast of the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico. It is part of the El Vizcaíno Biosphere Reserve. It lies off the Pacific coast of Ensenada Municipality and Mulegé Municipality.
